Badau

This district generally has a mountainous and hilly topography, with dense tropical forests. The climate conditions in Badau are generally tropical with quite high rainfall throughout the year, which supports the lush forest vegetation in the area. This district is crossed by several rivers including the Badau River which is the main river that flows through this district and the Kapuas River which crosses Kapuas Hulu Regency, including Badau district. These rivers not only function as transportation routes but also as natural resources that support agriculture, fisheries, and the daily lives of the people in the area.
